|Recommended: YesMeritum Evergreen is Awesome — Meritum Evergreen Apartments is an excellent place to live. My unit is large and has all the modern amenities. Love having front loading washer and dryer. Noise is not a problem and parking is great since they have assigned parking right in front of my unit . Leasing staff is friendly and welcoming. My neighbors are great.

The standout feature undoubtedly lies in the exceptional staff, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents feel supported and valued. From the friendly faces in the office to the skilled maintenance team, their unwavering dedication is evident in their prompt and professional assistance with any issue that arises.
While the overall construction quality of the units may occasionally show minor imperfections, they are hardly noticeable and certainly do not detract from the overall experience of living here. Additionally, the heightened security measures, while commendable, may present a slight inconvenience for school-aged children accessing the grounds. However, this is a small trade-off for the peace of mind it provides to residents.
Beyond these minor considerations, the positives far outweigh any negatives. The abundance of amenities, from the well-appointed mail room to the inviting clubhouse, truly elevate the living experience. Without a doubt, these apartments stand as a shining example of affordable luxury in Vancouver, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a superior rental experience.

|Recommended: YesFeedback — Overall we are enjoying living at Meritum. In terms of improvements, we'd like to provide the below feedback.
1. The grounds are fairly clean, but we notice some large dog poops all around the property. As dog owners, we've really appreciated Meritum's response to this issue, when most other apartments tend to do nothing or send out a warning email with no further action. Our one recommendation is that more doggy waste bins could be installed around the property, rather than having all residents walk to the front to dispose of the waste.
2. The garbage service is very convenient. However, having to put recycling in a plastic bag seems very unnecessary. We have tried to use paper bags and the service will not accept our recycling. Whether the plastic bags are recyclable or not, this is creating additional demand for plastics and requires us to go out of our way to comply. We'd really like to see this change or a discount for those who choose not to use the recycling service.
3. The construction in general seems very cheap. Our door has a crack in it, the floor has bumps in it throughout the apartment and the dishwasher washer dryer all seem very cheap.
4. Because we have dogs, we always request that maintenance contact us before arriving for service requests. So far, they have done so only 50 of the time.

1. Our landscapers and maintenance team work hard to maintain the grounds! We plan to install approximately 7 more pet waste stations throughout the community during the construction process.
2. Placing recycling in these bags allows for convenient pick up and keeping the recycling separate from waste when sorting at the compactor/recycling area on site.
3. I will provide this feedback to our construction team on solutions to these issues moving forward.
4. I will speak with maintenance regarding this concern. If permission to enter is granted initially, contacting a resident is not required but I will ensure notes are checked thoroughly.
