|Recommended: YesA Decent Place to Live — I have enjoyed living here so far. Property management team is nice and helpful. Some of the residents are a little noisy and don’t adhere to the rules, but for now it’s just a handful of people. I wish there were a scale in the fitness room but overall, this is a nice place to live.

|Recommended: YesMy girlfriend and I have just moved into the Meritum Evergreen community, as this was our first apartment together. Before we had even committed to signing, we were blown away by the staff and customer service. Sayomi was the one who greeted us and gave us the tour of the grounds, she was beyond friendly and made us feel right at home. She was very detail oriented but also made sure we could ask questions to make sure this was the right place for us. She had a big impact on our decision to sign and continues to check up on us to insure we are still enjoying our unit. I would highly recommend Meritum Evergreen apartments

It was such a pleasure to again tour with Sayomi who is just AMAZING Once again Sayomi took her time to explain everything to us and made sure we were happy with the tour and overall process of applying. Never met an agent with so much patience and care Sayomi we SO APPRECIATE YOU Truly recommend coming to this community you will not regret it.
