He has answered all my questions. He has gone above and beyond. I am looking forward to moving later this year Nathan is the reason why I am moving to this location. Meritum Evergreen was the ONLY complex that met, even exceeded, all of our personal wants needs Viewing Meritum Evergreen caused us to add to our must have requirements Some of those features amenities on our long list included 2 walk-in closets, living area vinyl plank floors, open space with island, within-apt laundry room, patio with privacy wall, covered reserved parking, nearby within complex private garage, valet recycle trash service, outside view unblocked by other buildings, nearby shopping eating business environment nearby biking recumbent triking trails. Your Leasing Agent Carissa worked with us for more than 6 months, seemingly tirelessly, with several apartment showings, phone calls emails, to determine what would be the perfect apartment for us She nailed it, even with added feature, an electric fireplace with long mantle for our TV Loving it

|Recommended: NoPoor management — From the residents not picking up their dogs poops s , to the bins being full and not being emptied, having to argue with the property staff about valet trash not picking up trash when we pay them a fee to pick it up. Poor enforcement of property rules, and this is why people do not respect the property and leave it the way it is. Also my glasses mistakenly fell from my jacket while running home from the mailroom when it was raining, and instead of being assertive and maybe seeming interested with helping find them, no email or notification to the community about returning misplaced item s . The bare minimum is like asking for a miracle nowadays.

|Recommended: NoTenemos un apartamento cerca de la alberca y estamos pasando un mal momento personas irrespetuosos hispanas que traspasan el horario y se quedan altas horas de la madrugada personalmente fui hablar con el nuevo personal de la oficina y parece que no les importa nada y ellos me dijeron que an ávido otras quejas no somos lo únicos muy mala experiencia my familia está muy decepcionado y molesto no estamos encontra de la diversión pero hay límites y las están rompiendo y la oficina lastimosamente como sin nada pasara no saben poner orden.

|Recommended: YesGrowing pains — We moved in pretty early. We moved from California and the staff was awesome. The staff is great and are always available. The only issues I have with this place is just the tenants. Renters aren’t always the nicest to a property. Screaming loud music. Next door neighbors complaining about our door slamming because of the wind. Over all it’s been a great experience. There’s some things with the build quality that seemed rushed. We are happy and thankful to have a nice place to live in this season of our lives.

|Recommended: YesLove living here except… — I moved in a month ago, absolutely love the place and everything Although there’s a few small things I don’t like, I don’t like how the kitchen has silicone caulking where the tile meets with the countertop, but that’s so small that it doesn’t mean anything lol. I just thing that color matching sanded caulk would look better. Also I don’t like how if you’re in the clubhouse past 9 pm, you can’t get out using any of the doors. Why not change it and make it so that whoever is in the club house past closing, so we can be able to go anywhere in there without having to use the key and also so we can go outside past closing and not back in, using the key through every door is very annoying and once it’s past 9 or closing, you’re locked in there and can’t get out. Another thing is the hot tub has only 1 or 2 jets that work and make the bubbles the big bubbles is there a reason not all the jets do that That’s all, like I said I love the place but these thighs I’ve payed attention to a lot because I encounter them a lot and it’s annoying and or inconvenient
